My path to Operational Readiness began in 2002, with a 19-year military career that included overseas deployments and leading maritime counter-terrorism teams.
Throughout my service, I had the privilege of learning from exceptional leaders and mentors, while equally gaining a deep understanding of the realities, pressures and responsibilities that shape individuals and high-performance teams.
After leaving the military in 2021, I turned that experience toward a new set of challenges. I founded Maxon March with one goal: to bring the same discipline, clarity and operational readiness into commercial shipping, defence capability and corporate leadership.
The aim is straightforward, to help everyday leaders and individuals achieve the outcomes they need, both in their working lives and at home.
Today, Maxon March works with commercial shipping companies to lift operational readiness and vessel safety culture, supports organisations building autonomous maritime capability and expanding within the defence sector, and delivers leadership and management development for small and large Australian businesses, including major mining companies, helping their people lead with the same clarity and composure.
